Scott's Home Maintenance Tips of the Month
Nowadays, everyone is so busy with their everyday routines that we forget about the maintenance that should be done around the house to keep it in good shape. Every quarter be sure and look for this newsletter for special tips that can help you take care of your home.
Monthly Maintenance
- Exterior Sliding Doors- When vacuuming, run the nozzle along the tracks of all sliding doors to remove debris, help prevent damage to rollers and allow for propert drainage during the rains.
- Inspect the air filters and change or clean as needed.
Quarterly Maintenance
- Metal Garage Doors- Check for any loose track or spring mounting bolts or screws, as these can affect the door alignment and operation.
