SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

WE’RE NOT JUST BUILDING HOMES, WE’RE CREATING COMMUNITIES. AS PART OF CREATING COMMUNITIES, WE AT CALIFORNIA HOME BUILDERS BELIEVE IN SOCIAL PURPOSE.

Our philanthropic work can be felt across Los Angeles County.  As part of our commitment for the future we have donated a school campus and natural life park, funded a community guide to the aftermath of a major earthquake and funded community education scholarships.  As part of our commitment of making the world a better place we have supported a battered women shelter, built a play house for charity, and battled poverty and homelessness by re-modeling homeless shelters and launching Holiday toy drives.  We are proud and honored to give back to the community and make a difference in the lives of others.

We at California Home Builders were honored join our local 12th district Council member Mitch Englander’s office and sponsor the printing of the "After Shock Personal Guide". These important informational guides are distributed in the community to raise earthquake safety awareness and guide people on what to do during and after an earthquake.

CHB Volunteered To Improve The LA River Greenbelt

California Home Builders volunteered at our Valleyheart project to work with the Village Gardeners in their efforts to beautify the L.A. River greenway. We removed invasive, non-native plant species and cleared the brush. We then planted several native plants and spread mulch to restore the soil.
